PMB obligations
All registered schemes must provide Prescribed Minimum Benefits — emergency care, DTP conditions, and CDL chronic disease cover — regardless of benefit option.
Claim note: Your income-protection or group disability policy is separate from this medical aid. Capture scheme membership and upload claims history in intake when chronic authorisations, hospital admissions, PMB disputes, or co-payments affect your medical chronology or offsets.
